How to Change or Cancel Your GMAT Test Date
If you find that you need to change the time, date, or location of your GMAT exam, you can reschedule it. Of course, there are certain restrictions and additional fees for changing GMAT dates and locations, so make sure you know them.
It will cost you $50 to reschedule your GMAT Test up to 7 days in advance of your original appointment date and time. When your GMAT exam date is one week away or less, no refund will be granted. To change your test date, time, or location will cost you the full fee of $250.
If you decide to cancel your GMAT appointment up to 7 days in advance of your original date, then you will receive a refund of $80. If you cancel within a week of your scheduled GMAT exam, you will not receive any refund.
